INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timeline — Orders Placed From 28th August 2026

Please note: This updated shipping timeline applies only to orders placed on or after 28th August 2026. Orders placed before 28th August 2026 will continue to follow the shipping timeline communicated at the time of purchase.

For orders placed from 28th August 2026 onwards:

1. Making Time — 5–7 Working Days
Every piece is made to order, especially for you. Please allow 5–7 working days for us to make and prepare your order. Orders containing multiple garments may require additional production time, as each piece is made individually.

2. Shipping
Once your piece is ready, it will be dispatched through the next available international shipping slot for your destination.

3. International Delivery — Approximately 12–15 Working Days
Once dispatched, international delivery generally takes around 12–15 working days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and can vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow her journey to you.

:ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 28TH AUGUST:

Order Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

• All our garments are made to order.

• Standard production time is 12–15 business days per piece from the date of order confirmation.

• Each garment is individually cut, stitched, finished, and quality-checked by our artisans. Because of this, production time depends on the number of pieces in an order.

Multiple-Item Orders

• Orders containing multiple garments may require additional production time, as each piece is made individually.

• For example, an order containing 3-4 pieces may require up to 36–45 business days of total production time if the pieces are produced sequentially.

• Different pieces may also be completed at different times. An automated order update may be sent when an individual piece is completed. This does not mean the complete order has been shipped.

• For multiple-item orders, the complete order will generally be dispatched once all pieces have been completed.

• During high-demand periods or when certain styles go viral, order volumes may increase significantly. In such cases, processing time may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your patience.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeline

Once your complete order is completed, it follows the below shipping process:

1. Dispatch to Shipping Aggregator’s Office

• After production, the parcel is first sent to our exporter’s facility.

• This step is mandatory for international shipments and may take a few days.

2. Customs Clearance

• After reaching the exporter, the parcel goes through customs clearance.

• Customs processing time varies by country and is outside the brand’s direct control.

3. Handover to International Courier Partner

• Once customs clearance is completed, the parcel is handed over to an international courier service.

4. Final Delivery

• After handover to the international courier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Important Notes

• All production and shipping timelines mentioned above are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Production timelines may vary depending on the number of pieces in an order, order volume, fabric availability, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

• Delays may occur due to customs inspections, international transit conditions, public holidays, production requirements, or unforeseen logistical issues.

• Please note that an automated order-status update indicating that a piece has been completed is not a shipping confirmation or tracking update. Tracking information is provided once the order has actually been dispatched.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees depending on the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
